We’re thrilled to welcome you at one of our locations! Get ready for burning glutes, positive vibes and tons of sparkles. Our workouts are full of glitter. We energize, motivate and sparkle up all attendees - not a single attendee excluded.

To get the ultimate experience and get to know our CLB rules please follow the instructions below:

  1. Arrive early
    Please arrive at our CLB approx. 15 minutes before the class starts to ensure your best possible experience. After the class has started the doors will be closed and you can not enter the CLB anymore.

  2. Check-in
    Our hostess will welcome you at our CLB and make sure you’re checked in for class. You’ll receive an entrance card which you will give to the trainer before you enter the class.

  3. Get ready
    At our locations Oost (AMS) and Coolsingel (RTM) you’re able to get ready in our dressing rooms. Wear your workout clothing, bring clean training shoes and don’t forget that a towel is mandatory.

  4. Don’t forget to drink & eat well
    Our workouts are intense and as said above full of sparkling energy. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and eat properly at least two hours in advance.

  5. The workout
    Enjoy and feel welcome at our signature workouts! If you’ve got any injuries or questions, please let your trainer know.

  6. Pace yourself
    Your first workout is all about getting to know BTY CLB and our signature workouts. Altough it’s for all levels, choose your pace, resistance band to your preference and weights wisely to finish your workout in good form.

  7. Join us as part of your lifestyle
    We’d love to invite you to our CLB on a regular base. You can join us with a sparkle-package to your preference and even receive some discount the more classes you purchase!
