classes feature our signature ‘follow-the-trainer’ booty exercises with an additional abs-focused part. During the training, you'll be using a booty band, kettlebells, and ankle weights. Walk out the door with a burning BTY and ABS you’ll feel for days.

BTY TONE is a full-body workout that fuses the signature BTY CLB intensity with tones of pilates-inspired movements. A sculpting workout that targets every muscle group. Where strength meets control and every move is designed to sculpt and define. A 50-minutes burning workout for enhanced sculpting, ready to tone the body from top to bottom.

Join our most advanced concept; BTY LIFT, where you get to train your lower body with a barbell and plates. This class is a beat-based concept where we focus on weight training and technique. All of this in a club setting with a stage, catwalk (AMS), light show and unique beats. So get ready to get empowered and energized by BTY CLB's top-notch trainers and walk out the door with a burning BTY!
