BTY ABS classes feature our signature ‘follow-the-trainer’ booty exercises with an additional abs-focused part. During the training, you'll be using a booty band, kettlebells, and ankle weights. Walk out the door with a burning BTY and ABS you’ll feel for days.

Join our extra challenging BTY UP classes at BTY CLB for the more experienced babes, focused more on technique and strength while using heavier weights. Get ready for those extra burning glutes! BTY CLB provides all attendees with a 'follow the trainer,' 50 min beat-based workout.

All our signature features will of course be the same as you’re used to.

We advise you to take the regular BTY CLB classes first before entering the UP classes.

Join our most advanced concept; BTY LIFT, where you get to train your lower body with a barbell and plates. This class is a beat-based concept where we focus on weight training and technique. All of this in a club setting with a stage, catwalk (AMS), light show and unique beats. So get ready to get empowered and energized by BTY CLB's top-notch trainers and walk out the door with a burning BTY! 

Please be aware: This is not a beginners class. If you have never worked with the barbell before we advise you to join our BTY BASE or BTY ABS classes.
